Services
Walk or drive down historic avenues in many cities and you see interesting brick buildings. Standing tall, deeply rooted in their community, their strength and experience are evident. Go inside those buildings today and you see new, creative, environmentally friendly spaces filled with professionals looking into the 21st-century future.
At The BrickHouse Law Group, founding attorneys Pete Salsich III and Geoff Gerber have over 25 years of combined large law firm experience in complex commercial litigation, focusing on intellectual property, media and entertainment, and appeals. They built their expertise for sophisticated representation of clients across the country on this strength and experience. But, while many clients need sophisticated representation, most do not need the full range of services that large law firms are structured to support or the large-firm, one-size-fits-all billing model. So, Geoff and Pete left their partnerships in a 675-attorney firm to practice in a more personal, flexible, and entrepreneurial way.
The firm offers services in such areas as:
- Intellectual Property Litigation and Counseling
- Brand Protection
- Media and Entertainment Litigation and Counseling
- Appeals
- Alternative Fee Structures and Law Practice Management
Like the inside of our historic, brick buildings, The BrickHouse Law Group is creative, flexible, and innovative.
- We use technology to be more efficient, analytical, and persuasive.
- We approach every challenge as a team and staff every matter collaboratively without increasing our client’s costs.
- We offer and encourage flexible fee structures that are based on the value of our work to the client, not on our firm’s costs.
- We commit to partner with our clients in a way that recognizes their entrepreneurial spirit, concern for predictable budgets, and desire to balance self-confidence with appropriate risk assessment.
